McNabb to ask for release at end of season
Washington Redskins veteran quarterback Donovan McNabb is set to ask the team for his release at the conclusion of the season.
McNabb is less than pleased at being benched by the team for the final three games of the season.
He might even be more unhappy with the way it all went down, which meant hearing about his benching through the media.
It’s been clear all season long that McNabb and head coach Mike Shanahan do not have the best relationship.
McNabb made it clear that he would be open to a return to Washington, but that things would have to dramatically change.
